1. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
• Due to the nature of our Mukhalat and Dehn Oud products, these items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Return & Exchange Policy for Other Products
• We offer a 7-day return, refund, or exchange policy for all other products.
• To be eligible, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition (not damaged or consumed excessively).
• Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
